Shipping and Return Information ...


We ship most items the same business day as the payment for the item is cleared if the clear payment if received before noon central time. In some cases items may ship the next business day. We do strive to ship all items as soon as possible.

  • When an expedited shipping method is selected and paid in full we also expedite it and process it first so it can be picked up by the shipping company. (UPS, USPS, FedEx etc.) Sorry, we do not ship or accept COD packages. If a COD package is received it will be refused.
  • Our shipping dead line for same business day shipping is 12 PM central time.
  • The 12 PM central time dead line only applies to overnight, 2nd day air and 3 day guaranteed services and does not apply to USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, Fed Ex Ground or Home service or any other service that does not have a guaranteed delivery date.
  • UPS and FedEx Services can not be shipped to a PO Box and Requires a Physical Address. USPS is the only shipping service that can deliver to a PO Box.
  • Estimated delivery times displayed in the shipping estimator are estimated delivery times and delivery can take longer then estimated.

Address Update, Change, Redirect or Hold the Package:

All carriers now charge a fee for redirecting, updating or changing the address for a package in any way (even to add an apartment or add or remove a single number or character). We will be charging you a $20 fee if you have us redirect, update or change the address for a package in any way or if you call the carrier and have them redirect, update or change the address for a package in any way. There will also be a $10 fee for any request to have a carrier hold a package for pickup. The fee will be charged for each package. If more then one package needs to have the address redirected, updated or changed the fee will be charged.

Out of Stock/Back Orders:

From time to time items listed on the site may be out of stock or placed on back order. Though we do try to avoid this, if it happens, and we can not ship the items within 2 business days we will notify you and offer to send a different item or refund your money.

Packages Returned by the Carrier:

If a package or packages are returned to us as undeliverable, not at the address, insufficient address or returned to us for any other reason you will be charged the original shipping any return shipping fees charged by the carrier. If you would like it reshipped to you, the full cost of shipping the package will be charged to you before the package is reshipped.

Warranty Exchange and Returns:

Please contact us at contact us before returning any item.
For 14 days from the date of purchase you may return for exchange any defective item(s). All items include a manufacture warranty for repair or exchange at the desecration of the manufacture. All original packaging, software, manuals, and materials and a copy of the original invoice or receipt with a brief note explaining the problem or reason for exchange must be included. Exchanges are processed and shipped back to you within 5 business days after we receive them. If a package arrives with postage or freight shipping due we will refuse the package. All non-defective items returned must be returned within 48 hours of being received in new resaleable condition including all original packaging, software, manuals, and materials and the original invoice or receipt to receive a full refund. When a non-defective return is shipped after the 48 hour period and accepted a 10% restocking fee will be assessed. If any Packaging or parts are damaged or missing no refund will be given and if the you would like the item back you will need to pay the return shipping.

DOA (Dead On Arrival) returns means the products is defective and you have contacted us at
our contact us page or by phone within 10 calendar days from the invoice or receipt date. If you have received a DOA item you may request a shipping label by emailing through our contact us page with a note explaining the reason for the request and a copy of the original invoice (or receipt) to us. A copy of the invoice also needs to be returned together with the returned product.
If we find there is no copy of the invoice or no qualified receipt with the product we reserve the right to hold the replacement until the invoice is received and contact customer to notify them the invoice was not received. If no invoice is received or if the returned item is NOT Dead on Arrival as appraised by or an authorized agent and the customer would like the item returned to them the customer needs to pay shipping to the location of their choice and provide the ship to address.

This warranty will be void if the scale has been damaged due to misuse, physical abuse, accident, unauthorized service, or other cause not arising out of defects in materials or workmanship.

Estimated Delivery Times displayed in the shipping estimator are estimated delivery times and can take longer then estimated.
